Hahndorf is a cute little German town outside of Adelaide. You can take public transportation to this quaint town. Think small town in Germany, but they all speak English. That is Hahndorf.
According to Wikipedia this town has the oldest Lutheran church in Australia, but is mainly just a tourist town at the moment. Another interesting fact is that the town changed its name during World War II, but after all of it was over, they changed their name back. This is a town that was just fun to walk around and explore in. That is really all I can say about this must see town.
On our way back from the town we got to see kolas and even this really neat kola ladder that is stratigicly placed throughout the concrete wall. They said the kolas were getting down on the road and didn't have a way to get back off, so they decided to create this ladder on the wall to help them get across.
What is a neat town you have visited that is really a tourist trap, but such a really cute place to see? What is a neat animal invention that you have seen?
