The Eaglehawk region is about 1.5 hours out of Hobart. As we pulled into the Eaglehawk region we were really excited to see the tessellated pavements, but as we took the road off, we couldn't get pass this beauty without taking pictures.
First picture is the far away view, the second is getting closer, and the third is even closer. I love to take pictures so the viewer can really see what I am wanting them to focus on.
As I turned to hop back in the car, I found this little beauty on a rock by my foot.
We hadn't gotten very far, when I made Josh stop the car again. I mean come on, whoever made this sign! Really, you can't look at it and not chuckle.
Finally we got about 2k down the road and found the Tessellated Pavements. These pavements were formed by nature and not at all made by man. Pretty cool I thought.
Then we hopped back in the car and headed to Tasman Blowhole, Tasman Arch, and Devils Kitchen. Talk about a short piece of road with a lot of beauty!
I would say we had a pretty great day just looking at some of God's beauty! What is a road you have driven down that had a lot of beauty packed into a little spot?
