About two hours from Brisbane is this wonderful track of road that has amazing things. Nature, waterfalls, coffee with a view, country views, animals, and one really curvy road all mixed into together. To top it off the end of the road has a wonderful lake called Moogerah.
There is a short hike that takes you to the top of Queen Mary Falls, and if you are feeling more adventures you can walk down a little trail to the bottom.
The trail is so worth it. The waterfall is huge. Look at the picture below, can you find Josh?
The other stops we made were at two of the other waterfalls on this stretch of road and the wonderful coffee stop. To tell you the truth, I couldn't tell you if the coffee was any good, I mean come on, look at the view. Who cares about the coffee.
We did this great stretch of road on our way home from Tenterfield on our wonderful spontaneous weekend. Again, a great stretch of road, I WOULD RECOMMEND, even if parts of the road were a little bit scary. What is a great stretch of road you enjoy close to home?
