In the middle of Irma craziness......We have ANOTHER house under contract. Our final day of the ten day period where we have the chance to back out....you guessed it, the DAY before the storm hits. We have been assured if the house gets hit (no one is living in it at the moment) we will have another option to back out.
I mean with the crazieness of us trying to find a house, this fits right in.
Not been following along one this CRAZY adventure? Click to check out the others...First house under contract, Second house (we offered full and got beat by multiple people) That's not all, I did not even update everyone on the last fiasco. We offered, they didn't like our loan, so we changed our loan, they then accepted another offer for less than we offered, but was cash.
This house really feels like home. Yes, we liked the others, but look at theses trees! The houses are not right on top of each other. No, the house is not perfect, but the area makes it perfect and we can change the house. The trees feel more like home to use. The lot is an half acre of land, in a cute little "village" in the middle of a city. The village has it own mayor, police, and is actually its own town.
Here is where the fun begins. It has addition after addition after you guessed it, addition. I really think the color scheme and some of the ideas of the first house we had under contract will really though though (click for those)
I wanted to share the "staged" photos. I will share the real before photos as we create amazing ( I hope) afters!
Any ideas friends? We will be less than ten miles from the beach, less that five miles from Glass Doctor, and will cut my mileage between work and home in half. Anyone want to come visit? Can you hold a hammer? We can combine fun with play if you want! Prayers it is all ok after this weekend.
